Please Read Before Ordering

• No returns for wrong size. Please refer to the size guide before placing your order.
• If you have placed an order by mistake, use the contact us page (within 24 hours) to let us know that you want to cancel an order and we can confirm the same over email.
• Wrong address might result in shipment getting lost and no refund will be entertained unless it gets returned to the facility
• Please do not order if you are not able to edit the custom text in your product. Report it to us using the Contact Us page and we will make the changes in 24 hours
• For personalised texts, restrict characters to maximum characters + spaces shown in product image. We are not responsible for any distortion in case of any additional characters or spaces in custom text provided by customer during checkout.

Return & Claim Guidelines

1. No returns for buyer’s remorse – We do not accept returns if you change your mind.
2. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product.
3. Incase of lost packages in transit, please submit a problem report immediately using Contact Us page within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.
4. If you notice an issue with your order, please submit a problem report immediately using Contact Us page within 10 days of receiving the product.
5. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 20 days.
6. Unclaimed shipments will be returned and reshipment costs will apply.
